Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items to us for an exchange or credit as described below, within 14 days of receipt of the item. The expense for return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Items must be returned to us unused and in the original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging, with a copy of the receipt.
Insurance is the customers responsibility for all exchanges and returns. We recommend insurance on returned purchases, as no exchange or credit will occur until undamaged merchandise is received by us.
In the case of a return, we will credit the original method of payment used by the customer for the purchase for the amount of the item with applicable tax.
Full payment is due in advance of special orders. Special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
